Check VPN permission

iOS must allow the VPN configuration before Unlimited Links can connect.

Try another route

If one route is slow or unavailable, choose Auto or another available region.

Refresh account status

Open the app again after sign-in or purchase so your device can refresh access.

Account and device help

  • Use the same account on your devices to share Pro access.
  • Free access is limited to one device and one active connection.
  • Pro access supports more devices, subject to plan limits shown in the app.
  • If you reach the device limit, remove an old device from the app before adding a new one.

Subscription help

  • Apple in-app purchases are managed through your Apple ID.
  • Use Restore Purchases in the app if Pro access does not appear after purchase.
  • Subscription cancellation and refund handling may depend on Apple App Store rules.
  • If your Pro access looks wrong, contact support with your account username and device ID.
